Apimec forms analysts to work in Europe and in China

The Brazilian Association of Analysts and Investment Professionals on Capital Market (Apimec) and the Institute of Accounting, Actuarial, and Financial Sciences Foundation (Fipecafi, acronyms in Portuguese) have struck a partnership to graduate analysts with the international certification “Certified International Investment Analysts (CIIA), which is provided by the Association of Certified International Investment Analysts (ACIIA).

“The international certification will open doors so that Brazilian analysts may work in China and in Europe, without the need of taking courses abroad”, states Luc y Sousa, president of the Apimec.

The three-month course is open for enrollments, to only and exclusively, certified analysts (CNPI: CG2 and CG3) and former students of Fipecafi MBA Capital Market in partnership with Apimec São Paulo: “Initially, we will have a class of 40 professionals, which may increase to two, according to the number of enrolled students”.

According to the president, this search is due to the recent agreement that BM&FBovespa established with Xangai and Hong Kong Scholarships, in China, as well as to the list of crossed roles in the Scholarships of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa).
